不锈钢无铅锡焊助焊剂

    不锈钢表面存在较为复杂的氧化物，除Fe氧化物外，还含有Cr、Ni、Mn、Ti、Mo、W和V等元素的氧化物。其中氧化铬是比较稳定的氧化物，很难去除，必须采用活性强的钎剂；而含Ti的不锈钢，其氧化物更稳定，更难去除。为了保证钎焊接头的性能符合要求，钎焊过程中通常采用活性较强的钎剂，以彻底清除待焊表面的氧化铬等金属氧化膜。不锈钢助焊剂能在一定温度下与金属表面氧化膜发生反应，使被焊材料表面与液态焊锡融为一体，从而达到金属与金属之间的接合。这种锡焊技术已广泛用于不锈钢为主的各类制造业当中。
